Mass has worked with us for about a year on two diffrent occasions, we had a tough time finding a house that fit our sutuation but he was kind and patient and through. I would email him laate at night and he would respond ,to my surprise, he was always available and easy to get a hold of. Mass went through quite a few crazy set backs in our home buying process (inspection issues and multiple loan applications on different homes) and was helpful through each one. He went above and beyond to communicate with realtors to get pieces of the puzzle together for closing. I appreciate his promptness, we never had to wait for a response.
